AGA TALENT

AGA Talent ( division of Actors Gym Aust ) is now auditioning new talent for our Aspiring Actors, Background Extras and Modelling Division - Kids / Teens and Adults.


Opportunities for Auditions and Bookings are casual on-call so can come at any time but also not we can't guarantee work as really depends on what comes through and also if you're selected by casting agents.


For every confirmed booking you get and once the shoot has been completed we will invoice our clients and will deduct 10% agency commission from your earnings - all call times are a minimum of four hours and rates are based on industry award rates and above.


We are looking for new talent - so if you have the fire in you to get into Acting, Extras, or Modelling, and if you are 16 yrs and over we would love the opportunity to meet you at an upcoming Audition/Interview Session in our Melbourne and Sydney Studios.

What does Talent Mentorship Include

Once successful at your Audition we will take you on as a Talent Member and assign you your own Studio Mentor for one year to provide you training, promoting, guidance and marketing whether you plan to get into Acting.


Mentorship includes - mentor, choice of acting classes shoots ongoing during your Mentorship to give you the training, studio time with your mentor each week to build on your confidence, marketing plans, preparation for Auditions and once your ready we will assist you to take that next step and get following your dreams of Acting - everyone has to start somewhere and with the mentorship while we will make you work hard the journey ahead is all you so take that first step and book an Audition.

What will the Audition / Interview consist of:

The interview / Audition will be with a Studio Consultant and Videographer and will take approx 30 mins - booking is essential.


Aspiring Actors - will be required to perform a scene on camera - scene can be something from a fave movie or series or anything that provides us an idea of your potential as an aspiring actor.


Background Extras -  we will ask you to do a 1-2 min chat to camera about you or anything in life - simply to see what your personality is like - this is where you get to show us why we should take you on as a talent member.


Modeling -  your opportunity to show you have the style, confidence, personality, and image to break into modeling - all about the WOW factor.

Actor - based on the budget of the production and taking into account if a Bit Part Actor, Guest Actor, Featured Role etc

Model - rate will depend on shoot budget and experience

Extras  - industry award rates apply


Membership Cost - unlike other agencies we don't charge high upfront costs.

 Includes mentoring, promoting as a talent member via database and socialmedia.

Yearly - Only $350

Afterpay, Credit Card, Direct Transfer or Cash in person at studio


Weekly Casual Acting Class of your choice or Place in Three Month Fundamentals Film Course.

Mentorship is working with a studio consultant who will be part of your development / training / promotion as a potential Actor.


Mentorship only requires 1-3 hours per week of your time in the first three months , as mentoring proceeds and opportunities of auditions / bookings occur then flexibility is required for any potential work you may obtain.
